Green Horizons
From the principal

Reverend Chris Huxtable joined the staff of Westbourne at the start of Term 3 as our second Chaplain, following Reverend George DuRinck’s retirement.
I am very sorry to break the news to our parents that Reverend Huxtable has made the very difficult decision to return to England with his family. His reasons are deeply personal and I know how difficult the decision has been for him. That he feels that he has let us down goes without saying, however I can assure parents that he has felt very ‘at home’ at Westbourne and has enjoyed working with our young people.
Despite his relatively short time with us we have warmed to his ministry and can only wish that his return to England is enjoyable and peaceful.
We are in the process of recruiting a replacement for Reverend Huxtable, with a start date of February 2012.
